Andrejs and Rita Zalucki
Andrejs and Rita Zalucki serve as the Senior Pastors of New Life Bauska Christian Center in Bauska Latvia. New Life was a church plant founded in 1993. It is said that the prayers of Rita’s mother were the foundation on which New Life was founded.
In 1998, Life Church missionaries Matt and Missy Jones arranged for Pastors Dick Braswell and Scott Howard to visit the small Latvian Church. The encouragement and affirmation that resulted from this visit resulted in the first Pastors conference held at New Life in 2001. The focus was to gather leaders and provide support to insure the success of small growing churches.
The yearly pastor conference has proven to be a highlight for leaders in more than 20 countries. In 2015 nearly 1,000 delegates assembled for the 3 days of meetings and fellowship. The conference allows leaders to gather and receive encouragement, inspiration and instruction as it provides a venue where leaders can develop life-long relationships with other leaders.
Andrejs and Rita’s gift of hospitality provides a safe loving environment where leaders can visit Bauska other times of the year and receive strength. Their ministry includes visiting many of the leaders who attend the conference to provide added support. Andrejs and Rita are truly pastors sent by God to shepherd Pastors.
